Afcons Infrastructure secures IND AA-/Stable rating for INR 250 Crores in proposed NCDs

Afcons Infrastructure Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Pvt Ltd (“India Ratings and Research”) has assigned an IND AA-/Stable rating to proposed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a rated amount of INR 250 Crores and affirmed the IND A1+ rating for Commercial paper with a rated amount of INR 500 Crores; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted by the rating agency, and the ratings were received on October 14, 2026.
