Regaal Resources Limited faces Rs 8.00 lakh penalty and Rs 2.00 lakh on officers for filing defaults

Regaal Resources Limited has received orders from the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata I, pertaining to the adjudication of penalties under Section 454 of the Companies Act, 2013, stemming from a suo moto application related to a filing default. The penalties arise from the failure to attach a valuation report while filing the Return of Allotment in Form PAS-3 for share allotments made between September 28, 2016, and October 21, 2016. A penalty of Rs 8,00,000 has been imposed on the company, with an additional Rs 2,00,000 levied on officers in default, and the company stated that these orders are not expected to have a material impact on its financial operations.
