Hyundai Motor India Ltd up for five straight sessions

Hyundai Motor India Ltd rose for a fifth straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 1973.5, up 0.4% on the day as on 12:44 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 1.66% on the day, quoting at 22997.4. The Sensex is at 74138.94, up 1.86%. Hyundai Motor India Ltd has dropped around 8.42% in last one month.

Meanwhile, Nifty Auto index of which Hyundai Motor India Ltd is a constituent, has dropped around 4.86% in last one month and is currently quoting at 25156.75, up 1.71% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 2.68 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 6.56 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark October futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 1973.1, up 0.75% on the day. Hyundai Motor India Ltd is down 16.31% in last one year as compared to a 10.11% fall in NIFTY and a 5.4% fall in the Nifty Auto index.

The PE of the stock is 32.82 based on TTM earnings ending June 26.
