Modern Engineering appoints Chaitali Shinde as Company Secretary, effective October 2026

Modern Engineering and Projects Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Chaitali Shinde as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 05, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Shinde, who holds Membership No. A40261 with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has also been designated a Key Managerial Personnel of the company and authorized to make disclosures to the stock exchange.
