Modern Engineering and Projects Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Chaitali Shinde as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 5, 2026, as approved by the company’s board of directors. Ms. Shinde, who holds Membership No. A40261 with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel and is authorized to make disclosures to the stock exchange.
