Continental Controls Limited will convene a meeting of its Right Issue Committee on Thursday, October 08, 2026, to finalize the terms and modalities for a rights issue approved by the board on July 15, 2026, which will involve the issuance of fully paid-up Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs 50 crore.
