Royal Cushion Vinyl Products completes share allotment following merger approval

Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited announced the allotment of 41,17,160 equity shares and 84,99,592 non-convertible redeemable preference shares to eligible shareholders of Royal Spinwell and Developers Private Limited, following a scheme of arrangement and merger approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. The allotment, effective from August 30, 2026, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 36,58,84,620 to Rs 40,70,56,220 and its paid-up preference share capital by Rs 8,49,95,920.
