Panchsheel Organics re-appointed directors and named a Managing Director, effective September 2026

Panchsheel Organics Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Abhechand Turakhia as a Whole-Time Director, the regularization of Mrs. Chandan Mahendra Turakhia as a non-executive, non-Independent Director, and the change in designation of Mr. Kishor Abhaychand Turakhia to Managing Director, all effective September 30, 2026, following the company’s 37th Annual General Meeting. The company also appointed M/s. Harshal Doshi And Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditor for a term of five years.
