Sahara Maritime Limited confirms full dematerialization of shares in BSE filing

Sahara Maritime Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received, according to a filing by Bigshare Services Private Limited.
