Marico acquires 24.09% stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals for Rs 1,012.03 crores

Marico Limited has acquired an additional 24.09% stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals Private Limited, increasing its total ownership to 84.09% on a fully diluted basis, for a cash consideration of Rs 1,012.03 crores. The acquisition, which was completed on October 5, 2026, follows Marico’s initial purchase of a 60% stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals, owner of the “PLIX” brand, and is part of a broader agreement to acquire the remaining 40% stake, with the final 14.09% acquisition expected in July 2027 for up to Rs 592 crores plus potential milestone-based payments. Satiya Nutraceuticals, incorporated in February 2020, reported a consolidated turnover of Rs 864.31 crores for fiscal year 2025-26.
