Capital India Finance Limited appoints Hitesh Kumar and Simarjeet Singh to compliance roles

Capital India Finance Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Hitesh Kumar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Simarjeet Singh as Chief Compliance Officer, both effective October 5, 2026. Mr. Kumar, ACS No. 37857, and Mr. Singh, FCS No. 11779, were appointed following recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, with Mr. Kumar designated as a Key Managerial Personnel and Mr. Singh as a Senior Management Personnel, to ensure compliance with Reserve Bank of India regulations and other applicable requirements.
