Capital India Finance Limited appoints Hitesh Kumar and Simarjeet Singh to key compliance roles

Capital India Finance Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Hitesh Kumar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Simarjeet Singh as Chief Compliance Officer, both effective October 5, 2026. Mr. Kumar, a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with ACS No. 37857, and Mr. Singh, a member of the ICSI with FCS No. 11779, have been designated as Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel, respectively, and are authorized to determine the materiality of events and disclose information to stock exchanges.
