Ashoka Buildcon Limited secures Rs 602.16 crore contract from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited for tunnel electro-mechanical systems

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for a project involving the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of electro-mechanical systems for tunnels T-13, T-14, T-15, and T-16 under the Rishikesh Karnprayag New BG Rail Line Project in Uttarakhand. The contract, awarded on August 28, 2026, is valued at Rs 602.16 Crore (including GST) and has a completion period of 30 months. The project requires a performance guarantee of Rs 25.51 Crore and includes a defect liability period of 2 years, with the company's trading window for designated persons remaining closed until 48 hours after this disclosure.
