Chatterbox Technologies Limited's board re-appointed Kevin Williams and scheduled the annual meeting

Chatterbox Technologies Limited, formerly Chatterbox Technologies Private Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Kevin Richard Williams as a director, convened the 10th Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed Rajan Dashrath Narkar of Dashrath Narkar & Associates as a scrutinizer for the upcoming annual general meeting. The board also approved a realignment in the utilization of Issue Proceeds within the existing object of ‘Manpower Costs’ and noted the secretarial audit report issued by M/s. Govind Jaiswal & Company.
