Grasim, UltraTech, and Hindalco jointly formed UHG Holdings in Gujarat’s GIFT City

Grasim Industries Limited announced the incorporation of UHG Holdings IFSC Private Limited on August 20, 2026, in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) with a Corporate Identification Number of U64910GJ2026PTC182701. The company, jointly incorporated by Grasim Industries Limited, UltraTech Cement Limited, and Hindalco Industries Limited, has become a related party of Grasim Industries Limited, with UltraTech Cement Limited holding 41% of the shares, Hindalco Industries Limited holding 50%, and Grasim Industries Limited holding 9%.
