IRIS RegTech’s Dubai subsidiary, IRIS Gulf Regulatory Technology L.L.C, approved by government

IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited, formerly known as IRIS Business Services Limited, announced that the Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai, has approved the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, IRIS Gulf Regulatory Technology L.L.C, with registration number 2914450 and membership number 698295. The new entity, incorporated on August 20, 2026, will have an authorized share capital of AED 200,000 and an initial paid-up share capital of AED 200,000, and aims to establish a business presence in the UAE and Middle East region to participate in SupTech and RegTech opportunities.
