Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 13,562 equity shares, comprising 6,781 shares from the exercise of vested stock options and 6,781 bonus shares issued in a 1:1 ratio, under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015. The allotment, approved by the company's Stakeholders Relationship Committee on August 21, 2026, increased the paid-up share capital from Rs 11,74,71,170 to Rs 11,74,84,732, with the exercise price set at Rs 1 per option.
