Geojit Financial Services at the Board meeting held on 20th October 2025 has approved the retirement of Mr. A Balakrishnan as Executive Director of the Company effective 20th October 2025. Mr. Jayakrishnan Sasidharan is to take the executive leadership responsibilities from Mr. Balakrishnan.
