Greaves Finance raises Rs 25 cr via private placement of NCDs

Greaves Finance, NBFC and wholly owned subsidiary of Greaves Cotton, has issued and allotted Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures comprising of 2500, 10.50% NCDs of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 25 crore to A.K. Capital Finance, on a private placement basis.
