| Public issue of 1,34,14,634 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 41 (including premium of Rs. 36) per share aggregating Rs. 55.00 crores (hereinafter referred to as "The Issue"). The issue comprises a net offer to the public of 1,16,70,732 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each aggregating to Rs. 47.85 crores ("Net Offer") and a reservation for employees of Gangotri Textiles Limited of upto 4,02,439 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each aggregating to Rs. 1.65 crores and a reservation of upto 13,41,463 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each for the existing retail shareholders of the company aggregating to Rs. 5.50 crores. The issue would constitute 41.13% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue price: Rs. 41 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each The issue price is 8.20 times the face value of Rs. 5/- per share. |
