| Issue of 60,60,700 Equity Shares ("Issue") of face value of Rs 5 each, for cash at a price of Rs 165 per equity share aggregating Rs 100 cr. The Issue consists of Book Building Portion of Rs 75 cr and Fixed Price Portion of Rs 25 cr. The Book Building Portion is for 75% of the total issue Size of which not less than 37.5% of the total issue size shall be available for allotment to non-institutional investors. The Fixed Price Portion is for 25% of the total issue size. The allotment in the institutional category (not more than 37.5% of the total issue size) will be discretionary and the remaining will be on proportionate basis. |
