Step 1: Email Us your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Cell No., to info@balajiequities.com

In less than one weeks from the date of receipt of your E-Mail request, Our BDE/RM will get in touch with you for processing of the Application and will collect necessary documents from you which are mandatroy for opening of Trading Account.

Following are the documents which are Mandatory for Account Opening. Kindly keep them ready so that our BDE/RM can collect them along with filled-in application form.

Step 2: Necessary documents are per list given below (All the documents are to be self attested)

1.  Copy of the PAN Card

2.  One Recent Passport Size Photograph - Colour Only

3.  Address Proof (Photocopy of Any one of the following)

• Valid Passport (First 6 pages Including Front & Back Covers)
• Ration Card / House Hold Card
• Valid Driving License
• Voter ID card (Photo should be clearly visible)
• Bank Satement with recent transactions.

4.  Identity Proof (Photocopy of Any one of the Following)

• PAN Card
• Valid Passport (First 6 pages Including Front & Back Covers)
• Valid Driving License
• Voter ID card (Photo should be clearly visible)

5.  Copy of Bank Statement / Passbook and One cancelled Cheque with MICR code

6.  Latest DEMAT statement

Step 3: Within One week of receiving your documents you will receive welcome Kit along with your Trade @ Balaji Login id and Password.
